It's Trump's trial. What Hillary, or anybody else did doesn't matter.

Unless one has had a full lobotomy, they will have bias.
It is a human trait.
The question is can one set aside their biases, not do they have biases.
And you think you’re setting aside your biases?
Really?

Trump didn't do it because he was smart enough not to open that door. You folks, not so much. Enjoy the carnage to come. Enjoy watching your heroes like Obama get destroyed, leaving a legacy of trash instead of history.

President Trump sees the USA as a shiny city on a hill.
Not a 3rd world banana republic.

Normal citizens understand that getting even is not a goal of our laws. Perhaps you shouls dave used the word MAGAs instead of citizens.
Again, when people see inconsistent interpretation and enforcement of the law, skepticism arises. Who is getting even?

not for you,,

you will either lie again or deflect it away from it,,
Ha. You can’t period. You’re not that smart. 18 USC 793d days this:
Whoever, lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it.

You see where it says willfully? That means it requires intent.

of course youre not showing the whole picture or all the laws broken,,

Hilliary, or her minions, literally cut classification markings off of the emails and made copies.
I don't know any reasonable person who would dismiss that being intent.

On a wider scale, what Hillary did may, or may not matter, but in relation to trump's trial, it doesn't matter at all.
Yes it does matter. It shows a two tiered system of justice. This should concern everyone.

I believe extreme MAGAs are perfectly capable of mass murder and mass graves. That's the way thugs behave wen their unfair demands aren't met.

No.....we believe in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and that people are individuals, not simply members of groups.....

The ones who burned our cities for a year, looted and murdered in our cities for a year were you guys....it is you guys who mob speakers at colleges and universities, and attack pro-life people peacefully standing outside of baby killing clinics......

The left murdered close to 200 million people around the world since 1917, and you guys learned nothing from that...

And intent was never part of the laws governing what she did......that was comey making shit up to protect hilary....and to fool uninformed Americans.

If you say so.

You’re not showing anything.

These are the laws dealing with classified information.

There is one more you’re probably thinking about: 18 USC 793(f)
Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

This requires gross negligence only, not willfulness. The problem is that Comey pointed out this isn’t ever prosecuted. It would be very unusual to use this against Clinton and would therefore be treating her worse than everyone else. You claim to want to treat everyone the same, so you must not want Clinton charged with this.

Hilliary, or her minions, literally cut classification markings off of the emails and made copies.
I don't know any reasonable person who would dismiss that being intent.
Can you provide evidence of this allegation?

It has become a Republican mantra that Hillary got away with something so therefore, it is unfair to charge Trump for what he did. I personally disagree that she got away with anything, but either way, trump's case is based on his actions, and anything Hillary did or didn't do does not matter. What Biden did or didn't do with documants doesn't matter. What Mike Pence, Obama, GW Bush, or anybody else did doesn't matter. Trump is charged with breaking laws, and his case will be determined on his actions alone. The Artificial Intellegence site ChatGPT seems to agree with me,

As an AI language model, I can provide information on the topic, but it's important to note that I cannot provide real-time legal analysis or information. However, I can give you a general perspective on the matter.

The legal case against former President Donald Trump would typically be based on specific charges or allegations brought against him, and it would be determined by the relevant laws, evidence, and legal procedures. The legal process is typically focused on the specific case at hand and is not directly influenced by unrelated matters or individuals who may or may not have faced legal issues in the past.

Whether Hillary Clinton "got away with something" or not is a separate matter from any legal case involving Donald Trump. Each case is evaluated based on its own merits, evidence, and applicable laws. Previous legal matters or perceptions about other individuals do not automatically impact the outcome of a different case.

In the United States, the legal system operates on the principle of due process, which means that each person is entitled to a fair and impartial legal proceeding that considers the specific facts and circumstances of their case. Legal cases are typically judged on their individual merits and are not influenced by unrelated matters.

It's important to consult legal experts or stay updated on current news from reputable sources for accurate and timely information regarding specific legal cases or ongoing proceedings involving Donald Trump or any other individuals.

You hit the nail on the head. If two people have done something that is considered wrong, then they should be judged individually on each ones own actions and not the actions of the other person. Justice has to be impartial if it is to be fair. That is why it is said that justice should be blind. Unfortunately justice does blind many as they have opinions that they cannot set aside and be fair. Then they will justify it with an opinion as if it is a right to judges others based on ones own faith or beliefs. Impartiality requires being fair.
