Liberals like socialism...they want the Government to take over Healthcare. They like Obama's socialist agenda.

I have to agree. He just wasn't a good leader by any stretch. He botched much...and at least it was honest. He had no clue what he was doing.

Obama does know what he's doing. He's been hell bent on bringing us down, cold, calculating...and by design...the Dream of his father whom HATED this nation. Avowed Communist as was his mother.

Obama's writings, speeches, interviews all gave us clues as he was running the first time...and actions in the first term accentuated his intent...He got reelected by the perpetually stupid...Carter didn't have that luxury to the degree Obama does.

One credit to Carter outside of politics? Habitat for Humanity. He's doing what I think he is suited for...and should stick to it and stay OUT of politics and fade away.

I don't have to. He is very clear in his statement. I admire the man. Sadly he was a President when actually he was never meant to be. But if he had been just a diplomat, what a diplomat extraordinaire he would have been. It would have been his best legacy.

His greatest accomplishment was peace between Egypt and Israel. Until Obama undid it. It was a lasting peace.

But his heart is good. He reminds me so much of Pearson.

Indeed. Sadat paid a heavy price for that accord. I visited the square where he was killed. Carter DID do good in that. What really nailed him in the M.E. was IRAN and the downfall of the Shah...the rise of the weird-beard mullahs that we still contend with today.

As to Obama? He's set the entire region on fire...and gave Putin and Russia (and ASSAD) the upper hand.
