This $350 million plus will be paid off completely by the first of March.
Trump's own expert witness* in this trial stated on the witness stand that Mar A Lago is worth $1.2 billion. Meaning it is only about 29% of MAL' value.
(more germane ---it is only 3.5% of his net worth.**)

So with a promptly arranged mortgage on MAL arranged by eager lenders and covering say 80% loan-to-value (putting $960 million in Trump's pocket)...he will easily have the paltry $350 million.

This is much a do about nothing. A tempest in a teapot.

Trumpaloons need not panic. That 9% interest rate on the unpaid judgment will only have a week or two to accrue. Small change to a man who has claimed he is worth $10 billion** (with a 'b').
