You are wildly overestimating how much people in the US care about Ukraine. It's importance is irrelevant if people a) dont really understand the importance and b) dont care. Both of those things apply to the war in Ukraine. And lets be clear even if Russia ends up somehow winning the war in Ukraine little to nothing will change because it will have cost them too much to do so. Them using Ukraine as a stepping stone to invade other countries only works if they can take Ukraine quickly and easily. That didnt happen and so their campaign ends in Ukraine regardless of the outcome IMO. Even assuming the unlikely event that they win how many troops would they have to keep in Ukraine to quell the insurgency that would most certainly happen that would most certainly be funded and supplied by the west.

Because more than any President in the last 50 years, Biden cares about our rail system. He has ridden over a million miles by train.
