Over Easy

eggs.jpg
I have always loved this expression "Over Easy" ever since I heard this in an American Movie, when I was a young kid......I now know it means two fried eggs(maybe not ?) but why "Over Easy" (do you fry both sides!!) How and why is this so named....PLEASSSEEEE......you all must think I'm thick....but tell me I'm not...LOL .....steve

It can be only one egg. Cooked until the white is done and the yolk is still runny. And, NO, I don't think you're thick. LOL
