Taking that information and doing the same simple math, it means only 7.5% of all white in the country use food stamps.
If you lined up 100 whites and 100 blacks then counted, approximately 1 in 13 - 14 whites statistically would get food stamps where approximately 1 in every 3 1/2 blacks would. Raw data means nothing unless you put it on an apples to apples level.
