Liberals, what has Trump lied about?

Where is the check from Mexico to pay for the wall?

President Trump always said that Mexico will help pay for the wall *OR* there will be repercussions like tariffs, etc.

Next.

Surely you can quote the blob saying just that, right?

"The Wall will be paid for, directly or indirectly, or through longer term reimbursement, by Mexico, which has a ridiculous $71 billion dollar trade surplus with the U.S. The $20 billion dollar Wall is “peanuts” compared to what Mexico makes from the U.S. NAFTA is a bad joke!" Trump tweeted.
He also said "Mexico will pay for it". Period. No bullshit walk backs. A lie is a fucking lie & just because you change it later does not mean it was not a fucking lie to begin with.
We need to tax all money being sent to Mexico, regardless of how it's being sent to Mexico. I don't understand why he hasn't done it already.

Ahh a republican tax increase now. Suh—weet

One of liberals favorite things to say about Trump is that all he does is lie. He lies, his administration lies, and then he lies some more. Lies, lies, lies.

If you're old enough to remember the Bush years, liberals pretty much said the same thing about him. Everything he ever uttered was a LIE.

Quick question: why doesn't anyone ever go into all the "lies" Trump tells? I know there are lists out there that say stuff like "Trump has told 3,081 lies since he took office", but I can tell you now that's bullshit. If you bean count every inaccurate statement he or someone in his administration makes, you may be able to find a myriad of untruths, but 1) that's petty, 2) that's "cheating" (I'll explain in a second), and 3) those aren't necessarily lies.

Let's be clear about a lie is, because words have meaning. A lie is when you knowingly state a falsehood as a statement of fact. A lie isn't simply when you get something wrong or when you're mistaken about something or even when you're wrong about something you "should" know.

It's cute for news organizations to act as though they're keeping Trump honest by pointing out his lies. In theory, that's what the Fourth Estate is for: keeping honest those in power. But they know, like we know, like Trump knows, most people aren't hanging on to every word or assertion he makes and then filing away whether it was factually correct or not.

One could argue that the truth always matters, but it's not always relevant. People care whether Trump intends on trying to build a wall; they don't care about whether Trump was right when he said Washington Post journalists want to strike unless Jeff Bezos pays them more.

It's easy to ding Trump and his administration for lies when they often have to address questions off the cuff or before all the facts are known, while reporters can sit around and Google and "fact-check" all day and score points that way. And I think the media is making the same mistake they've always made with Trump: they don't take him seriously, but insist on taking him literally. Because why would Trump say one thing to the press on Tuesday, and say the exact opposite on Wednesday? Like, on a habitual basis? Either he's trolling, he speaks off the cuff about subjects he hasn't really thought through, or people looking to catch him in a lie are trying to find an inconsistency where there really is none.

Liberals, tell me some important Trump "lies". And fair warning: I'm thorough. So if you think you're going to go copypasta some list you found on fuckdrumpf.com and think I'm not going to fact-check it or call you out when it's bullshit, think again.
Is this a joke? Non state news dig into his lies and bs all the time. The latest is that he said child separation is the law and he couldn't do anything about it. Then a week later he did something about it. Open your damn eyes. This is bias to the max to be willfully ignorant of reality.

I've never heard our beloved Pres. Trump tell a lie.

He is the most truthful and honest president we have had in decades.

We are a blessed nation to have him as our leader. ...
You must be a Russian troll to be so misguided.

He has outright false statements or gross hyperbole in just about every speech he gives. Pick one speech to analyze and I bet we can find dozens of untruths.

Also remember when he said he didn’t bang a porn star and then paid her $130K? Have a cigar Donny

Thanks to the tax exempt (thank you John McCain) Media Matters gigantic propaganda network, "we monitor conservative speech 24/7" the left is fed a pablum mix of hate speech, wild exaggerations and outright fabrications about President Trump on an unrelenting daily basis. If President Trump cites a figure of 100 million and it comes out to 85 million the Media Matters network spins it into a lie. The left doesn't have a sense of humor so if the President makes a joke MM spins it into a lie. You have to give the President a lot of credit when the left wing media engages in episodes of craziness every day. No other President in history (with the possible exception of Lincoln) has been subject to such an angry media onslaught.
Trump is living proof that Americans can take a joke

"I know more about ISIS than the generals"

"We already started on The Wall"

"Democrats want an open border"

Oh, the HORROR! At least Trump didn't tell everyone that we could keep our doctors and get back $2500 while getting better healthcare. THAT's a fucking lie, idiot!

There is NOTHING in the ACA that sets provider networks you stupid shit. Under the ACA the rise in premiums was lower, saving people money. No one said you would get a check for $2500, My God, have you no shame?

You people get dumber every freaking day of your miserable little lives.

The ACA gave access to healthcare for millions of people.

This is the crap you are using to defend that orange POS? Really?

Those with a brain recognize how Trump EXAGGERATES the truth. The same also recognize how his opponents STUDY every word in hopes to declare a lie or some other BS that makes them happy. Often declaring lies when it's THEY who are being dishonest.

The same also recognize he's often BLUNTLY honest, which is so refreshing.

How about when Trump said the following lies:

Trump: "Crime in Germany way up" - Truth: Crime is the lowest in Germany in 30 yrs -- Trump supporter spin: "He was talking about crime committed by muslims"

"Postal Office is going bankrupt" - Truth: - USPS profits in the billions -- Trump supporter spin: "Amazon, Bezos, Bad"

Trump: "We’ve signed more bills -- and I’m talking about through the legislature -- than any president ever." -- Truth: Several modern presidents have signed more - Trump supporter spin: "Obama is a Kenyan terrorist"

Trump: "We secured a record 700 billion on military spending, the highest ever" - Truth: Obama signed a 725 billion dollar military spending bill in 2011 - Trump supporter spin: "Trump won, deal with it libs!!!"

HE LIES. Quit defending that.

So those who listen closely to the President are at fault?

“We’re the highest-taxed nation in the world”

in terms of the corporate tax rate, 100% correct. He should have clarified his comment
Trump has told that lie MULTIPLE times. Not just once.

Over and over and over he lies.

Stop drinking his piss. You look like a fool.

I am pretty sure he was talking about the corporate tax rate. Can you post the entire quote? or do you only have the out of context part given to you by your handlers?
Nice try. Fail:

Trump again calls America 'the highest taxed nation in the world'—here's how the US compares

Analysis | What Trump told The Post he’d get done in his first 90 days
You know, I put in a plan for tax cuts, and I’ve gotten some very good reviews. I would do a tax cut. You have to do a tax cut. Because we’re the highest-taxed nation in the world.

Transcript - Speech: Donald Trump Addresses a Rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa - June 21, 2017 | Factbase

Because... right now, we are one of the highest taxed nations in the world. Really on a large-scale basis, we are the highest tax nation in the world.

How about something real. Propaganda posts from the fake news Wash Post and CNBC just make you look more stupid. Do you understand that these media outlets lie to you?

I asked you for the entire quote, in context, but you wont produce it, wonder why?

I want to personally thank you for putting this thread up then disappearing like a fart in the wind after word; leaving the trump ass kissers to fend for themselves with one ridiculous statement after another.

If I hadn’t read your previous OP’s, I’d think you were an agent provocateur or someone from the left working behind the scenes to set these dumbasses up. Clearly you are not.

Anyway…thanks.

I've never been sure if the way Trump communicates fully qualifies as "lying".

I've known a couple of people like him personally. They all communicate essentially in hyperbole, and they seem to do it so often that they may not even realize it. It's as if - and this is not a stretch - they have over time detached themselves from reality and will think that what they're saying is perfectly fine.

In other words, the fact that what they're saying isn't true may not even occur to them, or it does an instant and is subconsciously whisked away before it leaves a mark.

He probably knows sometimes, but I don't think he always does.
.

can you name one politician who does not use political hyperbole to make a point? Can you name one that has never lied. This is a red herring, the libs know it, but its their only herring so they keep eating it even after it spoils.

No matter how you spin it, Trump lied. Sorry. He said we are the highest taxed nation in the world. Several times.

We weren't even the highest corporate taxed nation in the world.

It's a lie, no matter how desperately you spin it.

so its OK for libs, the media, and the rest of the world to insult Trump and his family and everyone that supports him, but its just awful if he or we respond in kind?

you are disingenuous, like all libs.

Trump doesn't lie, he exaggerates! :206:

Trump doesn't lie, he just has alternative facts! :206:

Frankly, I think Trump should play more golf; looks like the orange blob could use the exercise.

Trump had neither the intention nor the ability to keep any of his campaign promises. There will be no "great health care at a tiny fraction of the cost". He spit right in your faces, and you licked it off and called it champagne.
