Marriage Matters: Consequences of Redefining Marriage

Oh, that's right....I forgot your mental handicap when trying to talk to you. Poor Rottie.

So you're challenging whether a bill that has already passed "would pass" and I'm the one with the mental handicap? :lmao:

You are either being intentionally obtuse or you do have a comprehension problem of some sort. It was very clear to those of us that don't that Bod meant if Prop 8 were on the ballot today, it would not pass. Marriage Equality now enjoys 61% support in CA.

Have 100% of of Californians been polled?

Game. Set. Match.

I don't know why you keep going on about Prop H8.

That Titanic is sinking fast and what a great day it will be when it's gone.

Yeah, how silly of me to focus on what is current law. We'd all be much better served if we focused on predictions and wishes like Seawytch, uh? :lmao:

You're not even familiar with Prop 8. You keep celebrating what you wish will be instead of what has actually happened. The most liberal dumbocrat state in the union - California - shot down gay marriage you buffoon.

Our Constitutional rights are not subject to majority rule.

And there is no such thing as ‘gay marriage,’ there is only marriage law, the same, single law available to all citizens, regardless sexual orientation.

Except that marriage is not a Constitutional right you buffoon. There is no "right" to marriage. Why don't you try actually reading the Constitution before commenting on it?

It might not be clearly stated in the constitution but read the decision Loving V Virginia.
Our right to marry is a fundamental right and is protected by the constitution. The Supreme Court will not up hold DOMA.
As for California, Washington State which is probably even more liberal legalized it. Prop 8 will also be shot down, most people who have half a brain understand why.

Seriously? People's opinions change you know.

Yeah - history has shown how apt people are to change. Especially over long periods of time. I mean, Prop 8 was passed by liberals waaaaaaaaay back in 2010. How many people were even alive during that era? :lmao:

You realize the Supreme Court is reviewing it right now, right?

Yep - which is why we should all wait and see what the results are, rather than making outrageous predictions and acting like an immature buffoon.

Are you referring to yourself? I agree you should stop acting like an immature buffoon.
For one Prop 8 won't stand, neither will DOMA.

That must be why when activists tried to put it on the ballot again, they couldn't get enough signatures to qualify.

Yeah that's not why...

And it was 2008 not 2010

Gambling is the wagering of money or something of material value (referred to as "the stakes") on an event with an uncertain outcome with the primary intent of winning additional money and/or material goods. (or simply bragging rights)

What's silly is that you're not focusing on the trend. Your opinion on same-sex marriage is becoming obsolete.

Case in point... yet another immature buffoon attempting to predict the future...

Sure, as indicated by....... Prop 8? :cuckoo:

You mean something that was passed 5 years ago? Things change quickly in America. Good thing too.

Right. And this is not a gambling website, is it now?

You do realize you're a caricature of the stereotypical libtard, don't you? Lets see:

  • Military bull-dyke lesbian (check)

  • Zero understanding of the U.S. Constitution (check)

  • Willing to trade freedoms for government table scraps (check)

  • Completely, totally, and utterly obssessed with gambling - even to the extraordinary extreme of insisting on betting on events other than sports (check)
I mean, seriously, what kind of gambling problem does one have to have to spend a week demanding over and over and over (to the point of being redundantly obnoxious) to wager on a pending Supreme Court ruling? I can only imagine how many times her "kids" have gone to school without a meal because mommy gambled away the groceries again. I shudder to think how many times her "kids" have been forced to sit in a dark car on a school night while mommy pissed away her paycheck at the inside the casino because she didn't want to "waste" any of her money on a babysitter.
