Sheriff: To the best of our knowledge, the suspect did not have a concealed weapons permit. He had a semi-automatic weapon.

The five victims have been identified as Robert Snyder, 69, Brenda Motanez-Crespo, 44, Kevin Clark, 53 and Jeffrey Roberts, 57 and Kevin Lawson, 46.

They have now removed the photo from the article. Came down almost as quick as it went up. We shall have to wait to see, if they do release an official photo.
I noticed at the conference, a reporter did show a photo and ask if he was the shooter, and the officer replied he hadn't seen one.
