Now compare that to the officer at the Capital on Jan 6th. He shot and killed an unarmed woman. He was black and she was white. There were not mention of racism being at the heart of the shooting. Moreover, the police officer was hailed as a hero by the media and those in government and his name was never mentioned in the press to protect he and his family from the death threats. And lastly, there was no investigation as the police officer never missed a day of work.

And stories like this are repeated all around the country.
