2. ...Judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order in United States v. Flynn that, while widely unnoticed, reveals something fascinating: A motion by Michael Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea based on government misconduct is likely in the works.

3. ...Sullivan quietly directed Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team to provide Flynn’s attorneys “any exculpatory evidence,”...

4. On November 30, 2017, prosecutors working for Mueller charged former Trump national security advisor Flynn with lying to FBI agents. The following day, Flynn pled guilty before federal judge Rudolph Contreras. Less than a week later — and without explanation — Flynn’s case was reassigned to Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.

5. One of Sullivan’s first orders of business was to enter a standing order, on December 12, 2017, directing “the government to produce to defendant in a timely manner – including during plea negotiations – any evidence in its possession that is favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment.”

6. ....the special counsel charged Flynn with lying to FBI agents on January 24. While the charge did not identify the FBI agents involved, we know that Peter Strzok conducted the January interview that eventually led to the criminal case against Flynn. Strzok formed a part of Mueller’s team until he was removed following the discovery of hostile text messages concerning Trump, including a planned “insurance policy” should Trump win the White House.

7. Obama political holdover Sally Yates’ involvement in the case raises additional concerns. While Strzok and Mueller initially indicated they believed Flynn had been truthful, Yates, while serving as acting attorney general, had directed Strzok to interview Flynn and had pushed for charges against Flynn...

8. ...Flynn should withdraw his guilty plea and suggests that Sullivan, as “the country’s premier jurist experienced in the abuses of our Department of Justice, . . . is the best person to confront the egregious government misconduct that has led to and been perpetrated by the Mueller-Weissmann ‘investigation’ and to right the injustices that have arisen from it.”

9. In his revised standing order issued on Friday, Sullivan dropped a lengthy footnote, detailing the case law and setting forth his position that, if material exculpatory evidence is withheld during plea negotiations, a defendant is entitled to withdraw his guilty plea.

10. Flynn’s attorneys now know what to do should Mueller’s team disclose such evidence. After the spanking Sullivan gave the prosecutors in the Stevens case, Mueller is on notice as well."
How A Michael Flynn Plea Reversal Could Uncover Federal Corruption

Memo to Mueller:
"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."
A Republican President.

Michael Flynn has offered extensive cooperation in the Russia investigation and shouldn’t spend any time in prison, Mueller’s team said in a court filing on Tuesday.

You know what I find hilarious? He's the mother fucker who was chanting lock her up. And he almost got himself locked up. You couldn't write this. It'd be too unbelievable.
The recommendation is actually 0 to 6 months. The judge can decide, just to teach the felon a lesson, he could spend a couple months in jail. We have yet to know.
Oh I hope he spends some time in prison

Flynn ― who joined in chants of “lock her up” against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during the 2016 Republican National Convention ― admitted that he made a false statement to the FBI on Jan. 24, 2017. Flynn had denied that he’d asked the Russian ambassador not to retaliate over U.S. sanctions the Obama administration imposed in December 2016 in response to Russia’s interference in the U.S. presidential election.

Flynn admitted in his plea that he spoke to the Russians at the direction of Trump transition team officials.

Flynn participated in 19 interviews with the special counsel or other Justice Department officers and provided documents and communications. One memo ― heavily redacted ― specified some of the evidence that Flynn provided.

“His early cooperation was particularly valuable because he was one of the few people with long-term and firsthand insight regarding events and issues under investigation by the [special counsel’s office],” Mueller’s office wrote. “Additionally, the defendant’s decision to plead guilty and cooperate likely affected the decisions of related firsthand witnesses to be forthcoming with the SCO and cooperate.”

SONG BIRD!!! LOL.

Flynn pleaded guilty last December to lying to the FBI about his contacts with the Russian government while he was serving as President Donald Trump’s national security adviser.

So there was collusion with Russia? Stay tuned. You RWNJ's aren't so cocky right now because you don't know what Mueller knows. And you all know Trump colluded with Russia. He did it on live TV.

Russia, if you are listening....
What we do know for sure is that Flynn helped at least three investigations. One a criminal investigation, one special counsel investigation, and one investigation we know nothing about.

Then there’s all those probable criminal acts that Mueller passed on to the states. Those haven’t even started.

Now, wouldn't that be something.

19 meetings with investigators. Michael Flynn gave so much information they supported him having no jail time at all.

Have you noticed that the only folks for whom there is actual evidence of collusion with Russia are Democrats?

It is unbelievable because the FBI originally said that Flynn committed no crime, then Strzok decided that Flynn did.

"Trump Releases Findings Of Own Independent Investigation: 'Most Innocent President Ever'

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Unsatisfied with the amount of time the Mueller investigation has been taking and the quality of that investigation, President Trump has performed his own independent investigation of himself. He’s now released the results of that inquiry, which he says found that he is the most innocent president ever—perhaps even the most innocent person in the entire world.

“I am the absolute best at not doing crimes,” President Trump declared. “Way better than any previous president—some of whom I’m not even sure were born in this country. But I am very American and very not guilty of absolutely everything. That’s what the investigation says.”

Trump then described how he did the investigation. He put the absolute best mind on it—his own—and then to make sure he was independent, he tried to forget he knew himself. He said that was very hard since he is “the most famous person in the entire world.” Trump then showed off the magnifying glass he used for the investigation as well as his “detective hat”—a deerstalker cap.

“So I looked and I looked, and I couldn’t find any connection between me and Russia,” Trump stated. He said that everyone around him is also innocent and that they are “the best people” except for a few who are “bums” and whom he’d only hired because he “felt sorry for them” and that they should all “go to prison for a long time.” He ended by stating that his investigation was way better than Mueller’s, which is now “stupid and pointless.”

Special Counsel Robert Mueller hasn’t released a statement responding to the charges of his investigation being inferior, and when asked to see his magnifying glass and detective hat, Mueller mumbled something inaudible and quickly walked away."
