More economic GOOD News...DOW hits new record..on track to hit 17K.

Good news it is for the U.S. as we added another 209K jobs in July. Plus, the private sector grew again. That adds to Obama's streak and brings it to 53 consecutive months of growth.

Oh for God's sake have a little respect for yourself. At the very least demand a salary in exchange for your lockstep. There are roughly 320 million people in the US. 100 million of working age are not working. 209,000 jobs is about the same as my piss to toilet water ratio each morning.

Not sure what you are looking for here ace.

President Obama presided over some pretty good economic news.

His employment record now beats Clinton.

June marks 52 straight months of private sector job growth, the longest ever on record, beating out Bill Clinton's record of 51 continuous months of private sector job growth from February 1996 to April 2000. The economy has added more than 200,000 jobs for five months in a row now, the longest such streak since 1999. In the first half of this year alone the economy has added 1.4 million jobs, another accomplishment not seen since 1999.
Barack Obama bests Bill Clinton's private sector job creation record ? The People's View

These are ALL private sector jobs.

So explain it.

What are you looking to see?

Bear in mind? Cutting taxes and regulations did not generate jobs during the Reagan and Bush II administration. Which is why they relied on government spending to keep unemployment down. They basically grew the government to mask their poor numbers.

Cutting taxes and regulations did not generate jobs during the Reagan and Bush II administration.

Right, because everyone knows the only way to add jobs is to increase regulations and raise taxes on businesses. LOL!

Do you ever read what you type, before you submit?
You should try it once.

So you're not very good with rates of change calculations huh? Here's a clue. Zoom in on that chart and use a straight edge to see the changes in acceleration of the increase. Katrina and 911 put a lot of Americans out of work and a lot of illegals to work. Obama's guilt was in turning off the welfare reforms thus allowing for a drastic increase in the number of people on welfare.

Your stated ignorance on BLS statistics aside, roughly 150K jobs are needed each month just to keep up with the population of which you speak. Anything over that, is outpacing population growth. Whether you understand it or not, 209K (CES) and 231K (CPS) jobs added in July are good numbers.

Does your 150k number include the illegals pouring in over the border?

Does your 200k number not include part time jobs?

Here's a clue. If you fire one full time employee with benefits and hire two to three part time employees without benefits to replace him, this government counts that as a net increase in employment.

Your lame excuses aside, again ... the upwards trend began before 9.11 and Katrina. In fact the level of increase even slowed slightly around 2005. As far as using a straight edge ... had you actually done so, you'd see the current trend began in 2008, before Obama became president. But it's his fault anyway, right? :eusa_doh:

As far as illegals, CES data is based on payroll data. Since hiring illegals is illegal, I doubt companies who hire them are declaring them. Not to mention, the problem with illegals goes back decades, so any influence they may have on CPS data would already be incorporated into those figures. Whether you comprehend or not, 209K (CES) and 231K (CPS) jobs added remains good news for America. Bad news for Conservatives, good news for America.

They are citing the change in the number of people "not in the labor force." Not in the Labor Force is NOT the same as "left the labor force," however.

The Population is everyone 16 and older not in the military, prison, or an institution.
The Labor Force is Employed (working) plus Unemployed (Looking for work) and
Not in the Labor Force is everyone else.

Someone turns 16 and isn't working and doesn't want/need a job is one more person not in the labor force. Someone is discharged from the military and just hasn't started looking for work yet is one more person not in the labor force. A foreign spouse who moves to the U.S. and doesn't want/need a job is one more person not in the labor force.

It's extremely misleading to claim additions to not in the labor force are people who left the labor force.

In 2007, full-time employment peaked at 121M. The seasonally adjusted June 2014 figure is 118M. So, after all the $Trillions that Obama and the Fed have poured into the U.S., we are 3M full-time jobs short of the 2007 peak...with a higher Civilian Population.

Obamanomics is an Epic Fail.

How many times has this government posted the CPS data only to revise it to near zero a quarter later? How many times do you have to be lied to before you stop quoting last months numbers before the current estimates have been adjusted for actuals?

Never. The Seasonally Adjusted CPS numbers are revised every December and the Not Seasonally Adjusted numbers are never revised.

Actually, the fail is all yours. In reality, the number of full time jobs when Obama became president (and started spending the trillions of which you speak), was 115.8m, so we've gained about 3m since then. However, we were mired in the worst recession since the Great Depression at the time; ultimately losing about 11m full time jobs (which you fail to mention) until the job market began to recover from the Great Recession, which Obama inherited. We're up about 8m full time jobs since then. Compare that to the last president who gained only 1m in 8 years. Also, you're omitting the fact that many people who work part time want to work part time. By far, most people who work part time, do so for non-economic reasons.

Regardless of your histrionics, the graph displays exactly what I described. The upwards trend began before Obama became president. Furthermore, it was affected by the Great Recession and baby boomers hitting the age of retirement ... both of which also began before Obama became president.

You may now resume your unhinged rant...

Speaking of retarded ... you talk about CPS data but then post a chart based on CES data. :eusa_doh: A chart, by the way, which is a year old. The U6 rate is currently 12.2%. Down from 14.3% when Obama became president. It nearly doubled under Bush.

As far as CPS data being revised downward to near zero after a 3 month period ... ? It hasn't been near zero in almost 4 years, and even then, I can't say it was revised downward at that time. Furthermore, we've gained over 700K jobs over the last quarter according to CPS data. I don't care how much you righties root for America to fail, CPS data is not going to revise 700K jobs to near zero.

Like I said, it really does seem as though you have no idea what you're talking about. What other feces are you going to fling?

In testimony before the House Budget Committee, Doug Elmendorf, Director of the Congressional Budget Office came to that difficult point where you have to put the truth on the table, even if the truth is ugly as sin.

Chairman of the House Committee, Rep. Ryan, the committee and now us know that Obamacare is expected to reduce the number of jobs in the labor market by an estimated 800,000.
That is an amazing statement, in light of how many times you have heard that Obamacare will create jobs. It seems the only jobs that will be created will be the 16,000 additional IRS employees needed to understand and enforce this law. Think of the efforts underway now to reduce unemployment. This slam against the nation and its people will only make things worse.
Committee Chairman Paul Ryan gave opportunity to have Mr. Elmendorf repeat his statement, just so everyone understood.
