nope I feel heat from the atmosphere that absorbed bands of the suns rays.so you feel heat or cold, heat is not radiation so you have no evidence of anything.so can you feel the atmosphere? just curious if you think you do or not.Gases in the atmosphere absorbing and re-radiating IR? Are you sure?
