So if my assumptions are correct, very few registered US voters actually viewed the Russian ads compared to the "claimed 126m". Thanks! OK, so 126m "Americans" not necessarily VOTERS were exposed to the ads. Of those 126m how many actually voted, and how many even noticed the ads, let alone believe them? The example ads I saw were pretty dumb. As was said, the polls didn't move for the Russian ads, but they did move for Comey's antics.
