I am not trying to convince anyone. But the reason we are discussing it is the claim that the OP, while open carrying an AR, confronted someone inside a polling place for speaking Spanish. Is speaking Spanish a reason for denying someone their vote? Is being an untrained volunteer a basis for the authority to demand ID or question citizenship?

Whether American citizens speak English or not is irrelevant. What is relevant is whether the law requires that they speak English, especially at a polling place.

And of course I’m packing some serious heat.. but one thing I see in this blue state is the line to vote for Republicans is longer than the line to vote for Democrat. Could be interesting ..
