My Racist Encounter at the White House Correspondents' Dinner

I wonder if there is a single person on this site who does not believe racist incidents occur every day.

Of course they do. We all know they do. Most of us will have witnessed racist incidents - I know I have.

And in most cases members of minority ethnic groups will be on the receiving end. I don't think white people need feel guilty about that - just admit that it happens and take a little responsibility at an individual level.

I'll take responsibility for what other white people do when black people take responsibility for the black on white crime rate.

i.e. when they stop raping ,robbing and murdering us

Poet -

I would feel guilty if I did something racist myself. I would not feel guilty for something I see someone else do.

But awareness is the thing here. Most of us, regardless of race, have some racist moments, and it is good to be honest and open about those.

Ok, I see. It's perfectly fine to "tar and feather" the entire black community for the actions of a few or one, but the white community has no business feeling guilty about the actions of say, Aurora, or Sandy Hook...because it wasn't actually "them".

:cuckoo:

I was actually agreeing with you!

I think racist incidents (like the one described) happen every day.

They probably do, but it's not too likely they happen at the door of a White House press dinner, by the ticket collectors. This woman actually says the guy told her they are 'watching' her kind. Her story is fishy. If she were really dealing with something like this and in the right, and half way intelligent, she would ask to speak to someone in charge. Which she didn't. Something's not right about this story.

Like poot, this women is always a.........

I wasn't disagreeing with you. I don't know if she is always a victim as I am not familiar with her, never heard of her before this thread. What I am saying is her story seems fishy, something isn't right in her story. I'm skeptical about it.

And y'all think it's a "game". The pot is boiling, and one day it will overflow. - poet.

Didn't you mean to say "Look who's calling the kettle black?"

So the actions of these SS Agents is the basis of your hatred of whitey?

You know if you keep crying wolf, no one is going to be there when you really need them, you're so pathetic with this crap...

What is it when blacks treat other blacks this way?

Or when whitey treats other whitey's this way?

The actions of a few cause pain for many, where have you been all your life?

Do you live in a cave?

Maybe under a rock?

Who abused you so badly that your still such a little whiner?

When you figure it out, take it up with them...

No one is thinking "Look who's calling the kettle black". Non sequitur.
The actions of some "uppity" SS agents, who, "unsupervised", showed their true colors and used their office to discriminate against certain guests, is par for the course. It happens every day. As the author of the article stated...the agents failed to inspect the tickets (or even ask for them) of white, blond attendees, but because she was a person of color, gave her grief. White privilege "on parade"....nothing to do with "hating whitey" (as you put it) , or any other such nonsense as you suggest. Simply, "whitey" (as you put it) , behaving "badly". Why you continue to use racial pejoratives to describe yourself is beyond me.
Just wait until President Obama gets wind of it...I bet heads will roll. But that will be construed as "racism", right? There is no winning.

Just accept it, you're the resident racist of USMB, Queen Poet Racist Elite, wear your title with pride...

How are people going to survive such egregious forms of racism? I mean, if this were me I'd have to lay down for at least three days and meditate all this hate away. I mean for shits sake, she could not get into the White House....man...this is something that scars people for life.

I look forward to her book on this important and horrible aggression.

Why would they? They got in...unhindered...because they were "white".

How do you know that it's because they're white that they were let in?

Did you not read the article? A certain white woman, didn't have her ticket, claiming it was lost, and she was escorted to the event by a SS agent. Do you not understand the concept and practice of "white privilege"? If you're white, you're "right", if you're black, "get back". Duh.

So how do you know that they didn't know the white people already? And do you know for a fact they they didn't let any black people in? Where you guarding the door the whole time harassing the doormen because you didn't have a ticket? You sound like a kook.

Not enough info to comment responsibly on the 'story' in question.

How do you know that they did? You presume that the white people were known, which is your "white privilege" "on display", yet again. The author of the article and the subject of the racism, was not "black". Go back and re-read the entire article and you may then, know what you're talking about, instead of mindless dribble.

I used to pass line-up at bars all the time back in the day, because THE DOORMEN KNEW ME!!!!!!!! Not because I am white.

Right. And you don't see that is a primary example of "white privilege"???? Wait your turn in line, like everybody else.

Without knowing (and nobody here does) what really happened, who here thinks it much more likely that the woman they let through was very attractive, leaned forward a bit, batted her eyelashes, and did the "what can widdle me do?" thing instead of launching into prepared statements about human dignity and "do you know who I am?!" obnoxiousness? Who here thinks she was "escorted" to make sure she was with who she said she was rather than because she won the skin-tone contest? Who here thinks that much more likely than that the Secret Service working an event at the White House where a black president currently resides - an event packed with reporters mind you - would be openly racist to arriving guests?

But again, we don't have enough info to say with any degree of confidence one way or the other.

It had zero to do with being white, I was a regular and they knew me, what's so hard to understand?

Huff Poo will never be considered a credible source until they stop being a shill for the far left progressives CAIR and NAACP.

Did she have a ticket or not?

It seems that she didn't have a ticket and forgot the trouble that the Salahi's caused when they were admitted to a white house dinner without verification they belonged there.

She needed to be a member of the White House Corespondents Assc in order to be able to purchase a ticket to begin with.

The Salahi's crashed a White House state dinner for Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, without being invited guests.

Two very different occasions.

I also wonder why her husband would not take her phone calls.

She could have got in if she had a ticket. Like a lot of minorities, her skin color is her ticket for everything.

They knew who those women were, otherwise they wouldn't have been let in. It's the fucking white house for Christ sake. Being white doesn't give you a pass in the eyes of the secret service. They don't care about that shit. I'm white, and I guarantee if I went down there, they wouldnt let me in.

This thread is racist, and so is the woman who complained. SHE judged THEM because they were white. Had they been a different color, she wouldn't have written the racist article.
