The Ds have a foundation of mandatory PSU membership in the bureaucracy and big SALT deductions. Unless they take the house and senate with veto proof majorities to reverse that and actually find a way to do so they will lose their blue wall. They will also lose their donor base.

Polling for the 2016 election was accurate. The final result fell well within the margin of error. Any result between a 6 point Hillary win and a 1 point Trump win was within the margin of error, and Hillary did win by 2 points.

Trump is audited every year. He pays the taxes that he is required to pay , otherwise his non - payment would be headline news.

The Blue We will not happen for one simple reason: the enthusiastic Democrat base is figuratively insane. They want open borders and legalization of all 30 million invaders who are currently in the country. They believe in the cancer that is called, "Social Justice." They believe in a national $15 minimum wage...to start. They believe, as Marxists have always believed, that wealth is evil, and property is theft. And on and on.

And Democratic leadership is powerless to tell them that these infantile policies are losers in the ballot box. So rather than shutting Bernie and his disciples down, they just privately shake their heads and watch the Party go down the shitter, led by the New Wave politicians like Alexandria.
