I dont find the poster itself offensive, but the stupidity behind the poster is overwhelmingly offensive. I dont quite get the whole Obama=Joker=socialism thing. If anything it would seem that any political statement the Joker would make would be along the lines of anarchy. But this reminded me of this jewel...

To answer your question to me; I can't really say much about the link since it was just a .jpg that was from a university site. That doesn't necessarily mean much of anything. We don't know if it's a professor's personal opinion, or was used as a teaching aide, or what.

Either way, I support someone's right to free speech. I could care less how the president is portrayed. I just object to bad satire. I am not going to stand in the way of it, I am just going to point out that it's idiotic because it makes no sense.

As for Mal, good luck with getting him to actually state his opinion on the matter beyond vagaries.
