Since poll observers are not like police, they are not there to essentially stop any misconduct.
At best, they file a report indicating any irregularities they may observe, and Election Boards are not even required to act on those reports.

In general, poll observes are present to help establish a basis of trust in the election processes the public can rely on.
If poll observers are not allowed to observe all parts of all processes, then the trust they there to help establish is non-existent in the first place.

It doesn't matter why they were kicked out ... They already failed to establish what they were there to provide in the first place ...
