Their black population is under 5%. Well guess what, when my suburb only had under 5% of blacks they weren't a problem here either. They were too easily identifiable. First of all, there is no "race" component to this.

We are one human race, the left has divided us into many categories, but race is their favorite to exploit and allowing them to do so allows the subject to deviate from the fact that our violence problem (disregard the tool, another bed wetter concept) is cultural and varies from place to place based on far more factors than demographics alone, and all of the worst statistics that can be used to consider what leads to violence tend to be factors created by government and leftist policies in general.
