The FBI indicted 10 Oath Keepers, including their National Leader, with "seditious conspiracy" today.

The State of Georgia is preparing to charge Donald Trump and some of his staffers with election interference in their attempt to bully Brad Raffensberger into "finding" enough votes to overturn the Georgia election.

I look for more Republican congress critters to throw Trump under the bus in order to save themselves.

there is a process for electoral votes that are possibly not valid.. that are suspect.. that whole swaths of the population question whole-heartedly... and have evidence.. (affidavits, videos of after-hours vote machines/ballot-feeding and etc..)

Much of the election "results" were not valid..

Congress ascertains and counts the votes and then turns their results over the VP who announces their results...

the result of the same shall be delivered to the President of the Senate, who shall thereupon announce the state of the vote​

All Pence could do was to receive the results from each state and announce their results; unless there was an objection, then it was Pence's job to announce the objection is either valid or invalid; and if valid, bang his gavel and announce a 2 hour recess from counting while each house returns to their respective chamber to debate the objections.
