On this 4th of July........Don’t forget to thank a Liberal

Not very often can hear DC fireworks like tonight. Light southerly breezes bring it up here

That's why we have the 2 nd amendment to protect the 1st.

Why does the 2nd have two clauses? And why do you ignore the first.

I guess you don't understand the difference between an explanatory clause and a declaratory clause. The first clause explains the necessity of the second. And the "State" in the explanatory clause were the respective States, not the federal government. The second clause is an expressed right of the people.

.

Really, that's not what Sanders said yesterday.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders—a professional bullshit artist whose ability to spew nonsense is matched only by her inability to modulate the tone of her voice while doing so—would prefer if those pesky White House reporters would stop pushing back on her lies and just accept them as God’s honest truth like good little plebes.

reporter Josh Dawsey asked Sanders point blank why anyone should trust her, given the fact that one of her most consequential recent assertions—that Donald Trump had nothing to do with drafting a statement in response to his idiot failson’s now-infamous meeting with Russian intermediaries—has now beenexplicitly contradicted by the president’s own legal team.

“How can we believe what you’re saying from the podium?” Dawsey pressed Sanders.

Our founding fathers were the most liberal thinkers of their era

Imagine believing that all men were created equal, that royalty were no better than anyone else, that common people should vote

Conservatives supported the King ....that is where the power was

Our liberal founding fathers risked all to create a new nation
And the Republic liberals founded is about to be destroyed by conservatives.

Read it again, the explanatory clause says it's a right of the states, the population of which is composed of "the people"

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Wow, you choose less than 1% of the governments activities and one that is actually constitutional for your example. Military contractors produce mostly expendables. Things that have no advantage to the everyday citizen, but necessary to the survival of the country.
.

Under that definition everything military contractors produce is expendable. Whether a bullet or an aircraft carrier.

Compare aircraft. The average military aircraft is older than the average commercial aircraft. So how expendable are they?

Too stupid to understand the word "mostly" I guess. Carry on in your stupidity.

As far as I know your founding fathers were very religious people. Liberals now remember about God, Heavens or hell only when it may bring them political points.

Albright: 'special place in hell' for women who don't support Clinton

Founding fathers must be spinning in their graves when compared to today's liberals.
The Founding Fathers made sure that ecclesiastical interference with our statecraft was excluded to the point they wrote a constitutional amendment assuring that would not happen.

They also put in the original Constitution that there can be no religious test to hold office. Yet we have US senators questioning prospective judges on their faith. GO FIGURE.

.
Are they being questioned about their faith to determine the separation of their faith from fidelity to the law?

Funny, you never hear anyone question a non believer how that could effect their fidelity to the law or the Constitution.

They didn't put a criminal test into the constitution to hold office, yet congress questions prospective nominees for criminal activity.

I've never put anyone on ignore but you're getting damn close. One has nothing to do with the other. BTW criminals get elected all the time.

Non-believers are not swayed by church dogma.

Is mostly by number or by dollar?

There are more expendables like bullets bought numerically, but they're a fraction of the dollars expended. Ex: $5 billion out of $500 billion.

The militia is a right of the States, having and bearing arms is an expressed right of the people. If you could read you'd know that.

No they're swayed by many other things because they have no foundation. I wonder, which would be more faithful to an oath?

.

And you read that the purpose of arming the people, is so they can serve in the militia. Which is why slaves and indians and women had no 2nd amendment rights.

Lincoln destroyed it long ago, numskull.

Really, you got all that form that one sentence? I don't see any such exclusions in the 2nd.
