Yes. He stopped shooting people when the armed resource officer engaged him. You can't defend yourself and shoot people at the same time. We need more trained, armed people on school campuses.

When you say shot by the "police," you're giving a misleading implication that calling and waiting for the cops was a better solution ... even though the first three who arrived help that armed resource officer direct traffic ...

He is not a paid school staff member.
