Don't get me wrong, I'm all for stopping the guy but what if the people in the other car had all been killed? I know, he was going the wrong way and could have hit them anyway, but I would think several shots into the radiator would have stopped the car or slowed it down enough to take the guy out at a lower speed.

If he was doing 100 MPH I doubt that Deputy was actually aiming for any specific location other than somewhere between the front bumper and the rear bumper just to be honest.

I agree. All I'm saying is killing the guy when he's speeding down the wrong side of the freeway can result in OTHER people (innocent) being killed. If there's a way to slow him down before they kill him, they should do it so he doesn't kill an innocent motorist or pedestrian.
