Psaki is right! Gas price increases due to Russia...BUT this didn't contribute?

Trump had already reduced the troops from 13,000 to 2500. Trump is stupid and impulsive, but he loves it headline.
But he wasn't so stupid to BRING out the troops FIRST then citizens! How stupid was that?

The failures of the collapse of the Afghan government and the Army had roots in the failure to enforce the Doha Accords conditions on the Taliban. Also the worst of it was the failure of the Taliban to aggressively go after Islamic Terrorist operating in Afghanistan, like ISIS in Kabul. That was also a condition the Trump administration failed to enforce.

Does that mean Trump is totally responsible for those failures?

No. But he has some.
Trump released 5000 of those ISIS prisoners.

A lot of American expats refused to leave. They had 20 months notice and repeated warnings from the state department. For expats they're remarkably stupid.

Trump said the US citizens should have been evacuated first, followed by bringing back all “equipment”. He then went on to suggest that the US should have bombed the bases that host foreign troops into smithereens before pulling out the military.

Did anybody ask why he withdrew so many troops in 2020 while the Taliban was not honoring the conditions of his agreement?

That was one of our conditions or terms that Trump forced the Afghans to comply with. Granted he daftly negotiated a 5 to 1 trade so the Afghan Army got back 1000 soldiers from the Taliban. What a deal maker, that Trump huh?

Trump couldn't negotiate his way out of the men's room. He gives everything away like he did with the Israelis.

How many troops? When did that happen? WHERE is YOUR PROOF? I AM AMAZED AT
PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKING STATMENTS WITH NO SUBSTANTIATION!

AGAIN where is your proof they had 20 months??? YOU made that up didn't you?

Lets look at that . His advisors are our top generals in the pentagon. They wanted a continued presence in Afghanistan. Joe told them no to the forever war at the very beginning. Next, he tasked them to plan the final evacuation and they did. Biden approved their plan. So when you say he ignored his advisors advice, he didn't. They even testified to that fact.
Biden got out too quickly and let the Taliban take over. Even when he saw it beginning to happen his decision was to get out even quicker.

Once again, the Taliban took over and eliminated democracy under Biden, not Trump. Why can't you take responsibility for your failures?

Jean Psaki excuse that "the increase and the anticipated continued increase, which is what I think some of your colleagues were asking about, that that is a direct result of the invasion of Ukraine.”
And she is right. Too bad she can't seem to comprehend THIS factor also contributes to price increases, but that would point out a Biden failure.
Biden suspended new fossil-fuel leases and drilling permits on federal lands and waters for 60 days. At a “Climate Day” event the following week, he went much further, declaring an indefinite pause on new federal oil and gas leasing altogether so that his administration could “review and reset” the leasing program.

Now Biden wants to stop Russian oil imports which will increase prices.
Biden wants to buy Venezuela oil...which will increase prices,
Biden wants to buy Iranian oil...which will increase prices,
all putting the USA in a greater energy dependence!
All the while banning oil exploration on USA which had contributed to USA energy independence under Trump!

The Ukraine war gas price increase is retroactive to January 21st, 2021.

Because Trump's actions leaves Iran with the opportunity to develop nuclear weapons. Trump caved in to the Taliban when Afghanistan was a "peaceful democracy"... According to you Trump lemmings.

What???????????????????? The reason Trump got us out of the Iran deal is precisely because the Iran deal allowed Iran to develop nuclear weapons after the sunset clause.

Really? Then why did Trump negotiate with the Taliban in Doha?
Our country is falling apart at the seams under Biden so I definitely understand your need to but Trump this but Trump that. The Taliban didn't take over Afghanistan in 2020. They took it over under Biden. Your argument seems to be that Biden just followed through with Trump's ineptness and that Biden knew that following Trump's plan would cause the Taliban to take control of the country but Biden went ahead and did it anyway. Isn't that a rather stupid argument? This is what our leader does, after being elected, continuing down a path you know is the wrong path and allowing radical Islamic terrorists to completely take over a newly democratic country? But we can always blame Trump.

Why did Trump negotiate with the Taliban in February of 2020 if Afghanistan was such a peaceful democracy?
