I hope we can expand this "put the blame where it belongs" to the rest of societal ills. It seems to me that when some gang banger shoots some one it's usually "society's" fault. When some group of protesters goes on a looting spree it's the police's fault. Let's face this is a country of victims. No one is ever responsible for their own actions.
