To be fair, far-right or far-left will seek allies beyond their borders. They have to. If you're a dictator and you have - for now - control of your own country's political machine, you want to make sure you keep 'bad' ideas out, so you invest in making sure that the politics outside your own borders agree with you. That's why we had a Cold War. Commies wanted our ideas out of their borders so they could brainwash their people, and we kept - and still keep - socialist ideas out of our borders for the same reasons.
