Good coffee depends on the brewing process as well as a good roast. When I go into Starbucks, I don't take the crap they have in the dispensers. I request the pour-over method. This requires them to ground fresh beans, put it in a cone filter and basket, and pour hot water over it directly into the cup, making the perfect cup of coffee. I give Starbucks high marks for accommodating this request cheerfully every time I come in.

Yeah we already established, it locates in high traffic areas with busy people carrying disposable income -- hotels, downtowns, shopping centers, convention centers, and their favourite: within eyesight of a local coffee company they can bury with the robot-consumer mentality.
