Ray Epps' Lawyer: My Client Is Definitely Not an FBI Agent, and I Should Know, Because I Am In Fact a Former FBI Agent

Why does it always need to be a conspiracy theory with you guys? Occam's Razor: maybe he hasn't been arrested because he didn't break the law. You guys can't even site the statute that he violated.

The funny part of all of this is that you guys are very likely destroying the life of your fellow Trumpster. Oh well.

You guys can't even site the statute that he violated.

Of course they can.

This is just one; Epps as a Federal employee, whether as an FBI agent or a CI or a private contractor, has probably violated more. Then, there is this statute:

Epps is violating both laws, and then there are the statutes that apply to Federal employees to look up.

Don't forget the Antifa vermin working with the FBI. Their pics are also on record, and they don't appear to have been charged either, which means they were also on the Democrats' payroll along with Epps. Meanwhile, John Earl Sullivan faces up to 8 charges for his filming the murder of unarmed Ashli Babbit by a black man on the Democratic Party payroll and releasing it to the public.

Democrats have ruined and destroyed trust in all our institutions

FBI, CIA, DOJ, CDC, you name it.

The fallout for this will be ongoing, and will probably rip this nation in half.

Oh well. Laters, Dems

The scum are proud of that. So are their fans.

Yes. That was murder. Funny. A filthy ,worthless junkie like George Floyd gets stepped on and becomes a martyr. Babbit get murdered by a Bush Baby Cop and is labeled a criminal.

How many times are you going to post opinions about a source and start posting facts?
Lefties reflexively and brainlessly attack everything that disagrees with them as illegitimate despite the fact that they rarely support their own arguments with anything substantial other than feelings and opinions. Asking them to recognize this in themselves is nearly a completely futile effort.

First link:

How is he inciting a riot when he specifically said that they should enter PEACEFULLY? Your own link even confirms this.

According to 18 USCS § 2102 "to incite a riot", or "to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot", includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.”

If I say, "Hey guys, we should go peacefully protest", that's not inciting a riot and it's not a crime.

From your second link:

§231. Civil disorders

(a)(1) Whoever teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or making of any firearm or explosive or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that the same will be unlawfully employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder which may in any way or degree obstruct, delay, or adversely affect commerce or the movement of any article or commodity in commerce or the conduct or performance of any federally protected function; or

(2) Whoever transports or manufactures for transportation in commerce any firearm, or explosive or incendiary device, knowing or having reason to know or intending that the same will be used unlawfully in furtherance of a civil disorder; or

(3) Whoever commits or attempts to commit any act to obstruct, impede, or interfere with any fireman or law enforcement officer lawfully engaged in the lawful performance of his official duties incident to and during the commission of a civil disorder which in any way or degree obstructs, delays, or adversely affects commerce or the movement of any article or commodity in commerce or the conduct or performance of any federally protected function-

What does this have to do with what he did?

(1) Did he teach anyone how to make a firearm, explosive, or incendiary device? Not that I know of.

(2) Did he transport any weapons knowing that they would be used unlawfully? No.

(3) Did he attempt to obstruct or interfere with any law enforcement officer? If you think so, then every single protestor on January 6 is also guilty of this.

They already have, you idiot twit; it's been posted here at least 10 times I know of in the past year, moron.
Undoubtedly you guys are thinking of a video which shows nothing of the sort but have literally been told what to believe and you follow suit.

It doesn’t exist.

Your lack of trust is more a product of your belief in an alternate reality.

FBI, CIA, DOJ, CDC live in reality so you reject them.

Rubbish. You vermin can't even lie well. He clearly violated the first one, it's on film doing so several times.

He encouraged them to charge the police lines, and in doing so he also violated #3 in the last one. You, being too stupid to read, are trying to play semantic games with your 4th grade reading skills, and it just doesn't work. All you managed to do is prove you're an idiot and a shill for commie scum.

Says the parrot who babbles whatever he's told to by his fellow deviants. The FBI refuses to release that film, along with some 14,000 other minutes of video they will bury or delete, same as they did covering up Hillary's and Obama's criminal behavior by deleting evidence. You fags are just out of gas in the credibility dept.

He was on the FBI’s wanted list.
And they refuse to explain why he’s no longer on it.

Video from the capitol riot is prolific and widely available. The rioters are truly astounding in that they clearly didn’t think they committed a crime given their self publication of the evidence of the crime. Truly, these people are delusional.

And so are the people who are convinced that it was some kind of inside job.

ProPublica had a database of hundreds of videos. You can find video of the events all over the internet.
