WRONG. The Geberal Welfare of the COUNTRY, not individual citizens, is the responsibility of the Government. The extent of that General Welfare is laid out in Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution. You might want to read it sometime.

I did not settle for minimum wage career, I got off my ass and started three businesses from nothing, no handouts, no disability aid, no career politician Trying to get me a higher wage.
I started them 20 years ago, ate Ramen noodles and shit like that to live within my means, now I can quit whenever I want, set for life in my mid 40s that's the way it should be.
