do you have access to the popular vote? if so, please post those numbers. neither election was a landslide, 2 or 3 states skewed the EC numbers. If CA, OH, PA and NY were not winner take all the result might have been different.

Are Presidential elections determined by popular vote? No.

All MONEY bills come out of the House but the Senate, you know the Congressional branch that is controlled by the democrats. must concur and if they do the president must either agree to or veto. So in the final say its the democrats 100%.

Unfunded Health Care under Bush 65 trillion.
New Health Care bill under Obama brings it up to 82 trillion.
