Well, you see rdean. Blacks are human beings. Like all human beings, they have they have the capacity to learn and grow. Thus the same knowledge and principles that can make anyone else be a productive human being, can make a black man or woman do likewise.
See, unlike you and a majority of the Democrat party, the Republican party doesnt treat blacks like they are hopeless, helpless, incompetant, neanderthals who can only be helped through government handouts from "superior" people.
The Republican strategy to "help" blacks is to remove all their benefits. By forcing blacks to struggle they will have no choice but to pick themselves up by their bootstraps and get a real job. Starvation is a great motivator
The US provides more benefits to their poor than most of the world. In no case does depriving people of basic necessities make them work harder and improve their lot in life......it only makes them suffer
At 15, I was the male head of household with three younger siblings. Got a part time job to help put some food on the table and clothes on our lilly white bodices.
