A far more interesting question , imo , is whether specialists can and even do entrain individuals to behave in extremist ways .
Through programmes that are effectively different types of radicalisation.

To say this person did this because she identifies as a man simply doesn't hold up. We don't see violent crime of this type committed by transgendered people as a general rule, and I don't think it is fair to say her gender I.D. is even an issue.

It might be an issue in how the media covers it which is fair game to notice.

People who do these horrendous sick crimes are mentally unbalanced, sociopathic, devoid of reason, ethics, morals, faith, sense of right and wrong or what they have of that is so twisted as to be unrecognizable in the normal world.

Further protests that targeted the APA annual meetings in 1971 and 1972 maintained the arm-twisting. Finally the APA relented and removed homosexuality as a mental illness diagnosis in the 1973 revision of the DSM (revision II). The psychotic tranny crowd is certainly a smaller group, but they are using the same playbook, on steroids. Plus, the liberal media multiplies their influence. This has to stop.

I have looked for any data or source that associates transgenders with committing violent crime any more than any other group and it just isn't there.

I cannot consider a person who abuses his/her body in that way as 'normal' in any way, I highly disapprove of and condemn those who provide inappropriate 'entertainment' that constitutes grooming for children, much resent those in our faces demanding we accommodate their tiny percentage of the population to our own detriment, etc.

But mass shootings? The fact that the shooter identified as a transgender is irrelevant without any data to show such people have a propensity for that.
