Quick history lesson, Arabs invented nothing except the insane cult of Islam. They adopted inventions from places they militarily took over. India came out with the 0 to 10 thing. Although the Roman numerals still are great.

Huh??? Arabic numerals are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, etc.--they're the numbers that we've taught in school since the nation was founded. Our numbering system is Arabic numerals.

I think the 56% who answered No in that survey did not understand that our numbers *are* Arabic numerals and that we've been teaching "Arabic numerals" in school for over 200 years.
