In order for Harris to win at this point she would need to be further along in the polls than what she is.

H. Clinton was, according to the polls, 7 points ahead of Trump at this point in 2016. Harris is no where near 7 points ahead in a conglomerate poll. And Hillary lost to Trump by a fairly large margin of College votes.
The margin of victory for Trump looks to be even larger this time.
