IMHO, the military industrial prison complex has to be reincentivized, starting with a 100% Death Tax on all war related profits applied after the first innocent civilian is murdered, maimed, or displaced. National defense should be a non-profit pursuit managed by the Pentagon. Maybe some of the generals and admirals could find ways to fund the US military without relying on tax dollars?
