A) Either the auto makers for example pay a tax of 25% on foreign steel... a tax passed on to us the consumers of in the case of an auto:

I am! It just comes naturally. I live very close to the steel mills in Ill that have been shut down, I know a lot of laid off workers and while the 500 coming back is a great thing for them personally, it is a tiny drop in the bucket.
