Taking Trump Off the Ballot Isn't Going to Work

J6 was the day the election was officially stolen. It was not attempted, it got done. We have an illegitimate administration and a Congress full of complicit traitors..
Hyperbole. Even if true (which it's not, the term "traitor" is an exaggeration).

We have to get real about this. The actual problem here, is not that it happened, but that it was even POSSIBLE for it to happen.

That word "possible", has everything to do with SECURE processes and methods.

"Secure" in the computer sense - reliable and unhackable. Auditable. Traceable.

NONE of that is true in our present system.

We just had a thread about the Queens guy got busted for voting 138 times - the problem is not that it happened, but rather, that it was even POSSIBLE to happen. Such a thing can not happen in a SECURE system.

Trump hasn't by letter of the law.. only by leftist's skewing of the term
No, judges have been taking time and moving through the process and having judicial review have determined that yes Virginia, Donald was involved in an insurrection after pledging that he would not...Now, the provision for being excluded doesn't take a criminal conviction to do as such. He is charged and awaiting trial on his and other's activities on 1/6 for insurrection, if convicted will Trump do hard time?

If there's more than one, cite them all.
Colorado’s highest court overturned a ruling from a district court judge who found that Trump incited an insurrection for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, but said he could not be barred from the ballot because it was unclear that the provision was intended to cover the presidency.

A man who calls for peace is charged with inciting violence. This is clearly simply leftist abuse of power. I know you'll love abusing power and making things up to accuse the person you oppose/hate.. but it sets an awful precident. And if there's one thing I've noticed, it's that Democrats HATE when they are attacked with the same methods they dealt out, and they cry victim like school girls.

Nobody outside of your bubble believes that Trump orchestrated anything.. the only thing you have going for you is a fully compliant MSM who will jack off any suggestion of J6, and will swallow any anti-Trump narrative. You'd probably gulp down ropes of anti-Trump content just to "get him". You wouldn't be hungry for a week.

"The U.S. Constitution does not tolerate an assault on the foundations of our government. And Maine election law required me to act in response," she said. "The events of January 6 were unprecedented and tragic. It was an assault not only on the Capitol and government officials, including the former vice president and members of Congress, but on the rule of law itself. … Mr. Trump engaged in that insurrection and thereby, is not qualified to be on the ballot."
