There is still enough sanity in Congress as corrupt as it is to understand that co-equal is co equal. This court is functioning just fine. There have been numerous decisions showing that the justices on the court value jurisprudence more than they do political separation.

None more outstanding than the 9 to 0 decision to block state supreme courts from eliminating Trump from the ballot.

Kavanaugh has made a number of liberal decisions. Jackson Brown has made a number of conservative decisions.

The court is healthy. It wasn't healthy when the prune was there. She had a larger than life presence and a disdain for the Constitution.

Jackson Brown has been something of a pleasant surprise frankly. Perhaps a disappointment to the left.

Giggles will now have to defend this, since she's still part of the team.

You'd be in here crying your head off if the court had more liberals than conservatives.

So you agree with Nixon ... the President is above the Law ... and above the Law forevermore ...

That precept applies to justices as well ... judges can take all the bribes they want to, they're above the law ... in fact all lawyers are above the law, at worst they get the license revoked ... and isn't every government employee exempt now in their official duties? ...

Qualified immunity ... yeah ... government can do whatever it wants to ... laws are only for the people ... a vote for Trump is never having to vote every again, cool beans, I hate elections ... long past time to be done with them ... c'mon Christians, vote for the Whoremonger-in-Chief ...

I'm not sure what you consider to be liberal and conservative. Kavanaugh has mostly pissed off the right since he's been there. In fact Jackson Brown has made more conservative decisions then he has from what I can see. I think the problem is the left just wants total control and wants to destroy anything that gets in the way of their agenda.

If you don't have immunity All presidents in the future will simply be sued and prosecuted out of office for no good reason at all. It's not a perfect solution but you can't do without it.

It's not to be taken seriously. We are in the silly season.

The Prog takeover would be near over then. What is puzzling is that Republicans have had many opportunities to give us "conservative" people in the court. a percentage of them ended up being surprises for some reason and were liberal. Moreso in the past. We know when Progs nominate on it is a true dyed in the wool communist who takes their marching orders from the elites.

Yep since the prune died they don't have any direct servants there anymore. Except maybe Sotomayor.

What's the surprise?
Wait...you STILL think after all these years the American peoples desires matter in running this nation? (wtf?)

Name one communist on the Supreme Court.

The "Prune" was as anti American and incompetent as most of the puppets the Left appoints to the court.
All they need from any of their appointees is to do as told. Knowledge of the Constitution and the Law be damned.
Unfortunately even Trump put liberal ass clowns on the bench.
