My rule is to, if at all possible, avoid proximity to a young black man unless he is obviously dressed for work or church. I particularly avoid groups of young black men. Black criminals like to attack in packs.

In too many of these cases the Negro criminals are never apprehended. They get get away with their crimes, and commit them again.

A criminal justice system that is effective for whites is insufficiently harsh for blacks. Before the civil rights movement that was recognized in the United States, and especially in the South. Consequently, when a white man and a black man committed the same crime the black man was given much more punishment.

In addition, Constitutional safeguards were often ignored for blacks. Police brutality against black criminals was rarely punished. Most whites knew it was necessary.
