I don't think it is likely that he will succeed though. They really do not have a strong case.

What was done to them is really shitty. That does not mean that they get a financial settlement for it though particularly considering that the 'news' outlets were simply regurgitating claims from the asshole badgering them. He may well be liable but then again you cant squeeze blood from a stone.

The injun came right for Sandmann, he was getting into the "fun" started by the Black Congressional Israelites. BTW, if the Indian thought that Mr. Sandmann was obstructing him in any way, he would have called the police to have him removed.

The whole purpose of the attacks against the Covington young men was to discourage young people from getting involved in civic discourse. Remember they came to Washington to demonstrate in favor of life, and were wearing hats advocating for a return to Greatness for America. They were doing what they should be ENCOURAGED to do.
