I voted for Trump in 2016. I will never make that choice again. There is literally no circumstances which could possibly exist where I would see a vote for Trump as anything remotely acceptable.
I expect people to make mistakes when they are first elected. Nobody is ready on day one. The job is too unimaginable. Too complex. It is hard and it takes time to learn.
My problem with Trump is that he refused to learn. Trumps early Executive Orders. Every single one of them was stopped by Judges. Trump didn’t have the authority to do any of it. Ok. So we can write it off as a learning experience. Or we can look at it as propaganda efforts.
For the events to be learning experiences, Trump would have to demonstrate that he had learned. He had not. The same sort of mistakes were made through his entire administration.
