No junk food period. I have been eating a few expensive items lately, but that is rare for me. The only expensive food I eat on a regular basis is shredded cheese. I usually cook Lundberg basmati rice, oatmeal, easy-over eggs, grilled cheese and American Fries or eat chili and tuna fish from a can with loads of olive oil mayo. Oh yea, I eat lots of walnuts with raisins. Walnuts are more expensive than most meats.

I don't think tortilla chips with salsa is a junk food. A little.

I haven't eaten out for many years except Big Mac's occasionally.
