To all you calling BS on the Trump indictment…

I see an IF and a MOST LIKELY, which are two ways to display that you don’t really know about either of those things. Correct?

People celebrating the indictment have every right to do so if they don’t like Trump and want to see him go down
Perhaps the closest thing to truth from the Lefturd delusion land yet.
It's all just a personality thing and if you don't like someone, they need to go down.
What if we said that about the Clinton's, Obama's, and Biden's? We don't like them and they need to go down, be locked up, etc.
This should be a matter of legal or illegal, and applied objectively to all.

Yet you don’t believe 7 years of constantly trying to destroy Trump is ENOUGH! He’s out of office and it’s still not ENOUGH.
Awww, but going after Clinton for 15 years isn't enough?
Going after Obama for 10 years isn't enough, for teabaggers?
NO one was even charged with a crime, besides FOX and the GQP, just like they are doing with Biden, now.

Not the same at all.

There is no rebuttal evidence given, the prosecutor can use any evidence , even tainted evidence that will never be allowed in court
Then, in court, it will be proven, "tainted" or not, depending on lawyers.
Why does a prosecutor who is supposed to be an expert in the law need the opinion of people who know nothing about the law to decide if he has enough evidence to bring charges?
WTF?
Because, it prevents frivolous court proceedings.
Would you just like the prosecutor's opinion?
Then, there is that pesky 5th amendment.

The Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads, "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury ..."
This secret court proceeding bullshit should not be tolerated in this country
Of course, but just this one time because they indicted Trump.

Normal people don't like criminals.
What if we said that about the Clinton's, Obama's, and Biden's? We don't like them and they need to go down, be locked up, etc.
That's why Trump and his cult tried ...........and failed.

It is.

You don’t know what crimes are what yet so that’s a BS statement on your part and is also a deflection. You either believe in law and order or you don’t and if trump gets busted for breaking the law that isn’t weaponization that’s just law enforcement
Really? Hillary Clinton is a habitual liar AND criminal:

Joe Biden is a habitual liar AND criminal:

Not even comparable groomed one.

You’re just showing off how stupid his supporters are. Why are you sending a billionaire money?!
I've never sent money to a politician, but I'm probably gonna send Trump some. To make sure he will be your next president, you loons messed up on this one. I despise Democrats now, I will do anything to destroy your party.

So you think the opinion of people with absolutely no expertise in the laws of evidence are capable of evaluating this evidence better than a panel of lawyers?

No the GJ is a prosecutor's tool to manipulate a jury with one sided, and often illegal evidence so as to put the decision to indict on someone else's shoulders and to protect himself from criticism. Maybe we should end this veil of secrecy and make all these GJ hearings 100% transparent.

And this has nothing to do with Trump as I have said at least 3 times in this thread. Personally I think Trump is a fucking idiot.

And FYI not every single felony indictment is decided by a GJ and it has been proven too many times that prosecutors rig these GJ hearings

And in this case it' the crimes alleged are not even felonies.

That's the way it's been since 1635.

HOW do you know this?

You mean like that last time he said something under oath and was convicted of perjury or when he lied to Congress? Apparently oaths mean nothing to this guy which is why he's not a credible witness.
Michael Cohen wasn’t convicted of perjury to congress.

You’re probably thinking of Roger Stone?

Michael Cohen wasn’t convicted of perjury to congress.

You’re probably thinking of Roger Stone?
Yes, he was.

November 30 2018
When Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's former longtime personal attorney, pleaded guilty in federal court in New York on Thursday to lying, his plea was not to a charge of perjury. Instead, he was charged with lying to Congress under the federal false-statements statute.

The unusual charge was a stark reminder: Lying to Congress can be a crime, even if the lie is not told while under oath.
Lying to Congress under oath is the crime of perjury. The federal perjury statute applies only to those who "willfully" lie under oath, or under penalty of perjury.

On the other hand, Section 1001, the federal false statements statute, makes it a crime "in any matter within the jurisdiction of the … legislative … branch of the Government … knowingly and willfully ... [to] make[ ] any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation."

And Trump trusted his lawyer.

His INTENT was to keep the payment from the media...which would nullify the purpose of paying for the NDA...not commit a crime.

Do you have evidence other than the testimony of the convicted attorney?
Tell it to the jury

the purpose of a hush payment is to prevent the public from knowing.

One of Cohen crimes is that the hush payment was an illegal campaign contribution, because its an in-kind contribution. But Trump got into trouble because his reimbursement was fraudulently recorded.
Fraudulently recorded as legal expenses?

Isn't payment for an NDA a legal expense?

If the payment was reimbursed...how could it be a campaign contribution?

It's not illegal to get a NDA.

It's not illegal for a lawyer to pay for an NDA.

It's not illegal to reimburse your lawyer for legal expenses.

It's not even illegal to have an affair and not want the public to find out about it.

If Cohen lied to Congress, lied to the Special Prosecutor, lied to the Court for a plea deal...why wouldn't he lie to Trump about the legality of the arraignment?

Where is the crime?

That's the way it's been since 1635.

WTF?
You then run into what Trump and his cult are doing now, threatening.

Of course it's one sided, but so is a person's arrest.

HOW do you know this?
Doesn't make it right.

These grand juries embody everything that’s wrong with America today. In an age of secret meetings, secret surveillance, secret laws, secret tribunals and secret courts, the grand jury—which meets secretly, hears secret testimony, and is exposed to only what a prosecutor deems appropriate—has become yet another bureaucratic appendage to a government utterly lacking in transparency, accountability and adherence to the rule of law.
As for grand juries, which were intended to serve as a check on the powers of the police and prosecutors, they have gone from being the citizen’s shield against injustice to a weapon in the hands of government agents. A far cry from a people’s court, today’s grand jury system is so blatantly rigged in favor of the government as to be laughable

IDGAF about Trump Are you utterly incapable of talking about the larger issue of the rigged corrupt Grand Jury system?
