Trump acts like a child while everyone else stands for the anthem

I think it is. I think that is precisely what it is actually. Facts are facts. Not sure what you mean?
3
It’s not. Never has been. Journalism is identifying the truth. Debates don’t identify truth. They give opinions. It’s important, to be sure, but it doesn’t identify truth.
Sometimes the truth is in opinions. Red Sox play in Fenway Park is the truth and a fact. Red Sox are a great team is an opinion. The fun part of journalism is debating whether they are a great team or not

Debating whether they’re a great team is not journalism. That’s opinion. It’s fun, for sure, but it’s not journalism.

The fun part of journalism is uncovering truth that is hidden. No one gets a Pulitzer because they identified that Fenway is where the Red Sox play. They get a Pulitzer for examining decades of Trump’s financial records and exposing how the wealthy manipulate their wealth to avoid taxes.
Or maybe discovering that Joe Biden got his son a cool gig in Ukraine that paid him $83k per month while not paying child support? Or how people manipulate the system and take advantage of Medicaid. Yes, much of the news is negative. I prefer to discuss the Red Sox.
Hmm, interesting point. You act as though it’s a fact they Joe Biden got his son a cool gig when there is no factual basis for that.

No one is getting a Pulitzer for making things up.

That’s what I mean about debates. If we put two people up on a TV show to debate if Joe Biden got Hunter his job, people are just going to ignore the one they don’t want to listen to. No facts. No truth. Just two biased views. That’s not journalism.
Hunter admitted he got that job cause of Joe. You can look it up. I never Would have known without journalism.

I get it. I’ve seen it in a lot of Trump supporters. It occurs in other people highly invested in their political parties, but the extent one would have to go to in order to justify Trump’s lies is beyond anything we’ve ever seen.
As I have stated before he has done a very good job for the economy, Israel, and our military. That is what is important to me. His USMCA agreement has garnered a strong client. His presidency has helped my family tremendously.

Okay. But that’s irrelevant to whether Trump is truthful or not.
It is most relevant as he ran on a stronger economy and better trade deals and moving the embassy to Jerusalem. That was truthful. Don’t care about his hyperbolic bravado.

You care enough about his “hyperbolic bravado” to avoid calling it what it really is. If you really didn’t care, you wouldn’t have a problem identifying him as a liar that we both know he is.
His lie about having sex with Stormy Daniels is the only one I can recall off the top of my head. Which one can you recall without Googling it? The rest is hyperbolic bravado. Now you’re saying my opinion is wrong? Interesting.
Her lawyer tried to extort money from Trump in her behalf, then pocketed it all. She got her teeth kicked in by her own lawyer for breaking her contract. Nobody respects a contract-breaker. Nobody.

Indeed. He is quite an embarrassment

Yeah. I’m saying your opinion is wrong because it ignores reality. He says he’s worth $10 billion. He says he was only given a small loan from his father to start his business. He says he made billions off his casino and airline. Hell, pretends his buildings are 10 stories higher than they actually are.

He claims Bolton wasn’t asked to testify. He claimed that Zelensky brought up Yovanovich. He claimed Yovanovich refused to put up his presidential portrait. He claimed the whistleblower got his phone call almost completely wrong. He claims that Biden bragged about stopping a prosecution in Ukraine.

Should I go on?

Biden did brag. The other “lies” are honestly irrelevant to me. I see it as hyperbole. In terms of the whistleblower that is pure opinion. To me you’re grasping at straws because you cannot refute my logic for liking what his actions have done for me and my family.

You can say they’re irrelevant to you. I don’t care. They’re still lies. If saying you’re 6’10” when you’re 6’3” is a lie, so is saying you’re worth $10 billion when you’re worth $4

Saying you like what he’s done isn’t logic. It’s completely unrelated. He could be the greatest president ever or the worst. It has nothing to do with the truth of his statements. Truth is truth. Whether you like the effects of his policy or not, it doesn’t change it.

You see, this is why I hate debating facts. It’s like they don’t exist anymore.

Ah, the usual Trump hypocrisy. Acting like a jackass during the anthem is okay but kneeling is blasphemy!

https://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics-government/article239913588.html

As you act like a child not knowing that if the colors are not displayed and you're not AT the event, there's no obligation to rise and join in with the TV event...

Are you a hypocrite or do you actually get out of your Lazy-Boy and pose for the pledge when friends are over?

:5_1_12024:

More -- "Trump gets 2 scoops of ice cream" stories PLEEEEZE... They are so much fun to watch insanity of your team when they get triggered by a nothing burger...
Lol I don’t stand and don’t expect people to really. The issue of course is Trump’s own hypocrisy. If he didn’t whine about kneeling football players, I wouldn’t care.

What part about "no requirement to DO IT" escaped you???

Read the great comedians.. Every joke needs some basis in reality.. No matter how slim.. Every PARODY has to resemble the original.. Here you have NOT either --- reality or original... But you're giggling like a 12 yr old...

You go have your fun with folks like you.... If you can find any....
Lol again I didn’t care if anyone stands for the anthem. The issue is Trump’s hypocrisy. Not sure why this isn’t processing for you.

You're not getting it.. THERE IS NO hypocrisy here.. The CIC knows the RULES for observing the colors and the anthem.. Apparently, leftists don't...

The New York Times? You didn't know they are a catch-all for predators who feed on lies about Trump. Time and again, they've carried lying stories about how Trump should be impeached because of this or that, and y'know, the American people have paid $One Hundred Million Dollars to find out what the New York Times claims he did, and they're lying, always lying, lying every day in the morning, noon, and all night long.

So don't you lecture me about fabrication if your prime source is the world-class liar that the New York Times prides itself on being. Their only readers are fawning Democrats who never went out into the business world to try to earn a living for thousands of employees. Trump did just that and he did it successfully by telling the truth, making things right when he made a mistake with cash on the barrel head.

You don't have the credentials to criticize this honorable businessman if the damn New York Times lies over and over and over again. It's always conservatives bad, Democrats good with those creepsisters. They're the worst of the worst who have thoroughly devastated Journalism to be a feel good profession, not one that seeks and presents the truth to the nation. Those days are gone with the winds of the communism the Democrats want to sell very uninformed people, and it ain't happening. They call it socialism, but their methodology is a carbon copy of the failed communist countries across this planet. And in fact, every time the New York Times backs the Democrat foible-of-the-month lie, they sink lower and lower into the swamp. And by the way, President Trump was proven by the Mueller Report not to have colluded with the Russians. Because the Democrats made such a point of it, isn't it ironic that when we unpeeled the rotten onion, the stink landed on the biggest skunk of them all--Barack Obama, who was just following the demands of his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who was in on the lies of the alleged Steele Dossier, which in fact was Hillary's baby.

Is that all ya got. What a waste of time. Don’t ever ask me for a link again.

Agree to disagree. His hyperbole is what makes him unique. His policies is what helps me and my family. His “lies” have zero impact on me. His policies have a significant impact on me.
You’re not even making an argument anymore. I’m arguing he’s a liar and you’re arguing he’s made you rich. You decided to switch topics mid-debate.
You’re lying now. I said he was honest about a stronger economy, stronger military and pro Israel policies. Did you not see that post or are you lying?
I saw that post. It was irrelevant. If a person tells two truths and a thousand lies, can we no longer call them a liar?
So now you’re picking which truths and which lies are important to you. Subjective. His truths are much more critical than his so called lies. You did not acknowledge that post until I called you out. Very dishonest of you.
