You know, Mitch said he would have convicted Trump for the insurrection. He was impeached for it you know. But Mitch said he was no longer POTUS so he couldn't convict him of it.

So that means it's left to prosecutors to convict him of his crimes in federal court, as a person, not as POTUS. That solves the Mitch excuse of why he kicked the can.

He thought Trump would go away. And he didn't want to be punished by Trump's supporters. So he kicked the can! Well now Trump the civilian will FINALLY be criminally charged. After decades of crimes FINALLY. And he thought as a former POTUS he was above the law.

Sorry we will not allow Trump to stand on 5th avenue and kill someone and get away with it. Is he going to test that theory today on his way out?

In three polls released since word of the indictment broke on Thursday, pluralities or majorities of the public have approved of the grand jury’s decision to indict — 51% of voters in a Morning Consult poll, 45% of Americans in a ABC News/Ipsos poll and 60% of Americans in a CNN/SSRS poll. In all three, between 30% and 40% of respondents disapproved of the decision.

Voters think that the indictment in New York is both warranted and political.
