No evidence at all is required, scumbag.Of course. Everyone knows that. The evidence presented to the grand jury supported an indictment. How many times do I have to repeat that?

Wrong.Yes, Trump admitted he lost and his staffers are swearing to it under oath.
I think you know the answer to that. How many times do I have to repeat that?
Which is almost none at all.For an indictment there has to be sufficient cause
Plenty to get Mr. Trump convicted, as you well know, to your horror.Which is almost none at all.
Only in DC, moron.Plenty to get Mr. Trump convicted, as you well know, to your horror.
You do not understand the proper legal terms....first of all by law everyone is presumed innocent until found guilty and no jury finds anyone innocent....if not convicted they are found to be not guilty.Trump can be found innocent.
A “mens rea”, (state of mind) defense allows the criminal justice system to differentiate between someone who did not mean to commit a crime and someone who intentionally set out to commit a crime.
The legal defense of some, (if not most of those who pleaded or were found guilty of seditious conspiracy or lesser crimes in regard the the attack upon the Congressional building, was based upon their belief they were acting in support of then President Trump's publicly expressed wishes.
A jury can legally find Donald Trump innocent if they believe Trump was sufficiently unaware or not motivated to commit any criminal act, (i.e. Trump and his followers were sufficiently ignorant and/or stupid.

Prove it, retard. Go.That was the excuse that Comey used to let Hillary off the hook, dumbass.
Or in any courtroom with a sane judge and jury......Yeah, he can beat it if you hold the trial in Montgomery, Alabama.
Persuader, you're correct; in a criminal case, if an entire jury finds a defendant not guilty, they've' legally stated the prosecution has not convinced them of the defendant's guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt”.You do not understand the proper legal terms....first of all by law everyone is presumed innocent until found guilty and no jury finds anyone innocent....if not convicted they are found to be not guilty.
Do Dems honestly think they can convict a former POTUS who's running for re-election?![]()

Yes. No one cares how juries packed with Democrats decide about Trump's guilt.Ex-president Donald Trump and some of his associates have been indicted in Georgia. A Fulton County grand jury determined there was sufficient evidence to warrant they be brought to trial in criminal court. Georgia's criminal “RICO” laws were drafted to be similar to federal “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations” laws. Trump's case for a similar federal trial has been scheduled to commence in March- 2024, and his Georgia trial not yet been scheduled. I wonder:
If any of Trump's criminal trails are concluded with a guilty verdict prior to the 2024 Republican National Convention, would Trump's supporters continue striving for his nomination?
If conceivably U.S. Voters and the electoral college would elect a candidate found guilty of attempting to overthrow a federal election; would such an elected candidate actually be sworn into office?
