Trump fraud case scheduled to begin during convention

With it being civil, then he can carry on for the most part right? He won't have to go to court? Either way, I will have to give it to the Cruz hater that Cruz we likely make hay about it, but it will mostly be a club for Hillary.

This is just hearings on motions. Trial will be august if it goes forward.

One of the issues is status as a class action case. In effect, everyone who attended will be suing. This is not chump change. Trump charged 35,000 to 60,000. And they are seeking punitive damages. Trump might see chapter 7 because of this

The charge is fair, but the timing is just plain awful. Can this not be postponed? What if he is nominated?
