If that is true, $20-25 per hour is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The market demands that they pay more... for LEGAL workers. There are plenty of unskilled Americans doing jobs that pay way less than $25 per hour who would jump at that opportunity.

If they are trying to pay WELDERS $25 per hour, they can go suck a hyena dick. That's complete bullshit. The market price is $30 minimum for LEGAL welders. That's like asking for doctors and being only willing to pay for nurses.
