The only reason the ex-President's have Secret Service protection is to keep foreign governments from taking them for the state secrets they know. If Trump is in prison, there is no danger of that happening.

If the orange menace is physically attacked or injured in prison, does anyone really care? Over a million Americans died from covid because Trump was too obsessed with his re-election to deal with it.

If he gets "offed" in prison it's because he's a criminal, not because he's president.
